Vidalia High's boys remained perfect in District 3-3A as the Vikings defeated Marksville 71-65 in Vidalia Friday.

Vidalia led the Tigers 29-27 at halftime and maintained a slight lead throughout the second half.

Gary Stewart led Vidalia with 19 points, while Chip Davis added a career-high 13 points.

Quartrell Harris added 11, while Jeremy Randall tossed in nine.

Vidalia's girls fell to Marksville, 51-27.

The Lady Tigers led 18-4 after one period of play.

Rachael Wagoner led the Lady Vikings wtih 10 points, while Tyshica Rodgers added seven.
