Foster Campbell to visit Concordia, address Vidalia Chamber at noon March 11

Louisiana Public Service Commissioner Foster Campbell will visit four area parishes March 11-12 to answer questions from local residents about their utilities and will address the Vidalia Chamber of Commerce at noon Tuesday, March 11.

"I invite citizens to attend and discuss any concerns they may have about their electricity, natural gas and other services," Campbell said.

The schedule of public meetings is as follows:

Tuesday, March 11: 4 p.m., Vidalia City Hall, 101 No. Spruce St., Vidalia.

Wednesday, March 12: 9 a.m., St. Joseph Community House, 501 Levee Street, St. Joseph; 1:30 p.m., Catahoula Parish Police Jury meeting room, 301 Bushley St., Harrisonburg; and 4 p.m., Caldwell Parish Police Jury meeting room, 201 Main St., Columbia.

Campbell said he would ask representatives of local public utilities to attend and address questions that arise.

Campbell is also scheduled to address the Vidalia Chamber of Commerce at noon on Tuesday, March 11, at the Comfort Suites Hotel on the riverfront.
