Lady Wolves fall to Kilbourne
Monterey's Lady Wolves came up one run short of picking up their first district win as the Lady Wolves fell to Kilbourne, 3-2 Tuesday at Monterey.
Ellen Bairnsfather doubled and singled for the Lady Wolves, while Holli Clay singled twice.
Ariel Hector and Taylor Morace each singled for Monterey.
Clay allowed only four hits in the loss, striking out five and walking one.
Monterey vists Harrisonburg Friday. |
