Memorial services for Algy Wayne Holloway, 65, of Ferriday were held today, Wednesday, April 16, 2008, 2 p.m. at 164 Lower Level Road in Ferriday with Bro. Waits officiating.

Memorial services are under the direction of Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Mr. Holloway was born Jan. 13, 1943, in Ferriday, the son of Hoyt and Evelyn Holloway. He passed away Friday, April 11, 2008, at his residence.

He was a construction worker and a member of the Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Robert Holloway.

Survivors include two sons, Murry Holloway and wife, Stacy, of Madison, MS, and Mitchell Holloway and wife, Lovey, of Collinsville, MS; two daughters, Leigh Holloway and Leslie Holloway, both of Gautier, MS; three granddaughters, Molly, Abby and Emily Holloway; three grandsons, Dillon, Garrett and Brandon Holloway; one brother, Ted Holloway of Natchez; and three sisters, Glenda Hodges and husband, Jimmy, Shirley French and husband, Ricky, of Alexandria, and Betty Beard of Jonesville.
