Delta Bank win Vidalia Chamber Tourney The Delta Bank team, of Michael Burley, Jess Horton and Craig Jackson took first place honors at the Vidalia Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament at Panola Woods County Club Thursday with a score of 58, shooting a 28 over the first nine holes.
Second place was the D&D Drilling team of Jordan Farmer, Dee Horton and Danny Parks with a 59, while the Concordia Bank team of Pat and Cathy Hinson and Pat Biglane, shooting a 60.
Teams shooting 63s were Ketco, Natchez Coca-Cola and Natchez Community. Concordia Communications shot a 65. Sunshine Enterprises also shot a 65.
Taking top honors by scorecard with a 66 in the second flight was the Tiger Drilling team of Jack Bonner, Jeremy Wood, Cathy Hinson and Dee Horton.
Second by scorecard at 66 was the Louisiana Home Care team of Clyde Savoy, David Jones and Connie Patterson. Third place at 66 was the team of Blanton Construction, conisting of Greg Clayton, Andy Guida and Thomas Bolyer.
Silas Simmons No. 2 shot a 68. First Baptist Church Vidalia came in a 69, while Tensas State Bank had a 70.
The Markets shot a 72, Attorney Jack McLemore's team and Silas Simmons No. 2 shot a 73. |
