Emma Price Anderson Funeral services for Emma Price Anderson of Ferriday will be held Saturday, July 5, 2008, 11 a.m. at Mt. Beulah Baptist Church in Ferriday.
Burial will follow at the Ferriday Cemetery with Rev. Eugene Williams officiating. Services are under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held Friday evening, 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Anderson was born May 6, 1935, the daughter of Judge and Leona Smith Price in Ferriday. She died June 27, 2008, at Riverland Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, L. A. Anderson.
She is survived by three sons, Charles Jordan and wife, Telistha, of Ferriday, Jimmie Price of Reno, NV, and Alfred Price and wife, Lee Jessie, of Natchez; four daughters, Patricia Humphrey and husband, James, Glenda Jones and husband, John, all of Ferriday, Marilyn Price and husband, George, of Minneapolis, MN, and Kathy Anderson of Natchitoches; a sister, Ruby Reed of Chicago, IL; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. |
