Ferriday Mayor Glen McGlothin showed council members photos of the Ferriday water plant Tuesday night which he said was in serious need of repair.

The photos showed a hole in the tank plugged up with a board, a rope tied onto a valve, broken straps on overhead pipes, bare wire around the plant, a lab in disrepair and other areas in need to attention.
