Huntington juggling coaches Huntington principal Anthony Palermo has only been on the job a couple of months, but he has spent a lot of time dealing with coaching situations.
Marion Newman resigned as softball coach not long after Penny Moak retired from coaching girls basketball.
Last week, David Boydstun turned in his resignation as boys and girls basketball coach.
Moak is assisting Rut Horne with softball, but has no intention of returning to the hardwood.
"There are a lot of things still up in the air," Palermo said. "I've got some thoughts and we have an option of pulling in some people here. Nicky Pere´ is certainly an option.
Pere´ is the junior high boys basketball coach and assists with football.
"I would like to see everything solved as soon as possible," Palermo said. |
