James W. Wallace James W. Wallace, age 77, passed away August 31, 2008. He was born June 29, 1931.
Mr. Wallace was retired from the United States Air Force, a member of the American Legion, volunteer firemen in Searcy, AR, and a volunteer at White County Medical Center. James was also a member of the Foster Chapel Missionary Baptist Church and a 1949 graduate of Ferriday High School.
He is preceded in death by his father, Ben Wallace; and a daughter, Theresa Cervantes.
Survivors include his wife of over 54 years, Ramona Wallace of Searcy; his mother, Martha Christenson of Ferriday; one brother, Jimmy Guice of Georgia; three sisters, Fannie Lee Allen of Ferriday, Shirley Wilkerson of Picayune, MS, and Ruby Arnott of Sioux Falls, SD; three grandchildren, Jeremy, Jacob and Sara Cervantes. |
