Asiah McWilliams and Terraius Bass of St. Joseph proudly announce the birth of a daughter, Takihra Xyon Bass, born August 19, 2008, at Natchez Regional Medical Center.

The infant weighed seven pounds and 10 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Barbara and Aubrey Lundy and Cedrick and Michelle Morales, all of St. Joseph.

Paternal grandparents are Cynthia Grines, Terence Grines Sr., Sebastian Bass and Verdale Bass.
