Funeral services for Ms. Patsy Brown Wade, 73 ,of Vidalia, were held at Magnolia Campbell Cemetery on Sunday, September 21, 2008 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Russell Crum officiating.

Burial followed at Magnolia Campbell Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Ms. Wade was born March 16, 1935 in Alexandria and passed away Thursday September 18, 2008 at Riverland Medical Center Ferriday.

She was a resident of Vidalia, formerly of Monterey, a truck driver and tour guide in Natchez. She was a member of the Monterey Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mattie Campbell and Richard "Dick" Brown.

Survivors include a daughter, Mandy Wade Wooten and husband, Jerry "James" Wooten, Jr.; granddaughter, Jamie Amanda Wooten; brother, Richard L. Brown of New Orleans; and a sister, Janice Palmer of Lowell, MI.

Pallbearers were friends of the family.
