Krissi Butler Funeral services for Krissi Butler, 32, of Vidalia will be held at First Baptist Church Ferriday on Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 10 a.m. with Bro. Larry Wagoner and Rev. Wayne Gray officiating.
Interment will under the direction of Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday.
The family will receive friends at First Baptist Church in Ferriday from 5 to 8 p.m. today, Wednesday, November 5, 2008.
Krissi was born December 1, 1975 in Natchez to Deede Dore' and the late Steven Dodd. She passed away Sunday, November 2, 2008 at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.
She was a resident of Vidalia, and employed as a head teller at Britton & Koontz Bank in Natchez and a member of the First Baptist Church, Ferriday.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Steven Dodd; and grandfather, Charles L. Dye.
Survivors include her husband, Collin Butler of Vidalia; children, Caroline Smith, Chase and Kade Butler; mother, Deede and Guy Dore' of Lafayette; Kameron Cupit of Vidalia; father and mother-in-law, Russell and Sissy Butler of Vidalia; marital grandparents, Earl and Martha Keith; paternal grandparents, Robert and Cathrine Dodd; stepmother, Jane Dodd; stepbrother, Dustin and Collin Dore'; God child, Sara Hoover; great-grandmother, Carine White; aunts and uncles, Sandy and Sonny Causey, Sharon and Stephen Hoover, Eddie and Angie Dye, Robert and Patricia Dye, Charlie and Dawn Dodd; nephew, Luke Butler; and numerous cousins.
Pallbearers will be Blake and Austin Butler, Collin and Dustin Dore', Curtiss Keating and Neil Faulkner Jr.
Honorary pallbearers will be Kameron Cupit, Robbie, Little Eddie and Cody Dye, Justin Brixey, Stephen Hoover, Charlie Dodd and the Alexandria Police Dept.
In leiu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Britton & Koontz Relay for Life Team or a charity of your choice. |
