Billy R. Johnson
Funeral services for Mr. Billy R. Johnson, 73, of Harrisonburg were held at Harrisonburg First Baptist Church on Sunday, November 2, 2008, at 3 p.m. Services were conducted by Rev. Jeff Robinson and Rev. Dave Carlton.
Interment followed at Harrisonburg Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Home of Jonesville.
Mr. Johnson was a 32nd Degree Mason and a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of the Harrisonburg Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Ernest Johnson and Helen Riley Johnson and son Billy R. Johnson, Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Audrey K. Johnson; three sons, John F. Johnson, George E. Johnson, and James N. Johnson. He was also survived by 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were George E. Johnson, James N. Johnson, John Derek Johnson, Joshua Kyle Johnson, Cody Gray Johnson, Sam Noel Johnson, Nathaniel Hunter Casey and Malcolm Patterson. |
