Trinity, ACCS fall
Trinity Episcopal hosts Simpson Academy in an MPSA Class 2A first round playoff contest Friday.
The Saints fell to Centreville Academy 36-8 in their final regular season contest.
The Saints finished 9-1, while Simpson enters the contest with an 8-2 record, defeating Prentiss 35-0 last week.
Simpson finished second to Brookhaven in District 4-2A.
ACCS ended its season with a 20-13 loss to Riverdale Academy in Coushatta.
The Rebels ended the season at 1-9.
Tensas Academy defeated Rebul 42-26 and finished unbeaten in the South Division of 8-man football.
Tensas hosts Calvary Christian Friday in the Bowl Championship game.
Tensas defeated Calvary 56-32 in the regular season. |
