Funeral services for Amelia "Lil Bit" Bradley, 102, of Vidalia were held today, Wednesday, November 19, 2008, 11 a.m. at Triumph Baptist Church with the Rev. Douglas Logan officiating.

Burial followed at the Vidalia Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Mrs. Bradley was born February 22, 1906, in Vidalia, the daughter of Thomas and Selina Lee Bradley. She passed away November 12, 2008, at Natchez Regional Medical Center.

She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Cora Lee Washington Smith; one sister, Mary Lee Bell; two brothers, Richard and Edward Keys; two grandchildren, Nathaniel Washington and Clarence Arrington Jr.; and one great-grandchild, Wilbur Arrington.

Survivors include seven grandchildren, Willie J. Arrington and wife, Bertha, of Baton Rouge, Richard Washington, Gerry D. Ellis, Damus Smith Jr., David E. Washington, all of Vidalia, Lionel Smith and wife, Barbara, of Houston, TX, and Eddie L. Smith and wife, Shelia, of Shreveport; two step-grandchildren, Doris Johnson of Houston and Thelma Long of Vidalia; 18 great-grandchildren; 35 great-great-grandchildren; two nieces, Gloria Singleton and husband, Durant, of Lake Providence and Lourenza Singleton of Mansfield, TX; two nephews, Earl Lewis and wife, Doris, of Lake Providence and James Singleton of Mansfield; 19 great-nieces and nephews; 13 great-great-nieces and nephews; four great-great-great-nieces and nephews; life long friend, Elijah "Home Boy" Willis of Ferriday; and one godchild, Ruby Lee McCoy Dominique of Atlanta.
