Bertie Marvin
Funeral services for Bertie Marvin, 81, of Vidalia were held Monday, December 8, 2008, at Young's Funeral Home.
Interment followed at Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Mrs. Marvin was born August 16, 1927, in Meadville, MS, and passed away Thursday, December 4, 2008, at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday.
She was a resident of Vidalia, a self-employed business owner of several convenience stores many years ago in Natchez.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Edward Marvin; father, J. W. Wallace; and her mother, Fannie Flowers Wallace.
Survivors include a son, Donald James Marvin of Monroe; and numerous cousins and friends. |
