Engagement Blount - Loyd
Howard and Peggy Blount and Kathy Blount, all of Ferriday, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Ashley Blount, to Daniel Loyd, of Natchez. He is the son of Becky and Jimmy Loyd.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Blount, the late Gloria Parker, and Kathy and Freddie Tyson.
She is a graduate of Vidalia High School.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of the late Mary Anne Loyd, Billy Loyd, Dorthy Darsey and the late Mack Darsey.
He is a graduate of Adams County Christian School and is employed by the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office.
The wedding will take place December 13, 2008, three o'clock in the afternoon at Morgantown Baptist Church.
A reception will follow in the church reception hall.
Family and friends are invited. |
