Funeral services for Mrs. Dianne Taylor, 49, of Vidalia were held at First Baptist Church of Vidalia on Wednesday, December 24, 2008 at 2 p.m. with Bro. Dan Glen and Sheriff Randy Maxwell officiating. Interment followed at Natchez City Cemetery in Natchez under the direction of Young's Funeral Home in Vidalia.

Mrs. Taylor was born October 2, 1959, in Magnolia, MS and passed away Sunday, December 21, 2008, at her residence in Vidalia with her loving husband, daughter and family by her side.

She was a deputy sheriff with the Concordia Parish Sheriffs Department and a member of the First Baptist Church of Vidalia.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bennie Harrell; and a brother, B. B. Harrell.

Survivors include her husband, David Taylor of Vidalia; mother, Nellie Harrell of Vidalia; son, Jason Taylor and wife, Ashley, of Monroe; daughter, Abby Taylor of Vidalia; brother, Mike Harrell of Vidalia; granddaughter, Annabelle Temple of Tennessee; grandsons, Caden Taylor and Conner Taylor of Sterlington, and C.J. Taylor of Washington; father and mother-in-law, Ellis and Virgie Taylor of Ferriday; sisters-in-law, Connie Seyfarth and husband, William, and Tammy Taylor, all of Ferriday, and Sarah Harrell of Shreveport; brother-in-law, Randy Taylor and wife, Letha, of Vidalia; three special friends, Patti White, Missy Cangemi and Regina Donald; and her dog, Fancy.

Pallbearers were Randy Maxwell, Kenny Wayne Burns, Eddie White, Storm Cangemi, Gerald Austin and William Seyfarth.

Honorary pallbearers were Rex Archer, Bo Whittington, Paul Cangemi, Heath Seyfarth, Dewayne Kenny, Wes Sheffield and Ken Allen.
