Deloris 'Lo' Weatherspoon Pipes
Funeral services for Deloris 'Lo' Weatherspoon Pipes, 60, of Ferriday will be held Saturday, January 3, 2008, 1 p.m. at Mt. Beulah Baptist Church in Ferriday with Rev. Eugene Williams officiating.
Burial will follow at Ferriday Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held Friday evening, 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Pipes was born March 13, 1948, in Ferriday to Clarence Weatherspoon and Ruby Savage. She passed away December 28, 2008, at Willis-Knighton Hospital in Shreveport.
She was a retired nurse assistant.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Adean Pipes of Ferriday; one son, Terrance M. Pipes and wife, Tammy; two daughters, Trish Wallace and husband, Glen, all of Shreveport, Shaterika Melancon of Ferriday; three brothers, Clarence Weatherspoon Jr. and wife, Carolyn, Vernon Weatherspoon and wife, Dorothy, all of San Bernandino, CA, Donnie Weatherspoon of Palmdale, CA; two grandchildren, Jordan Wallace of Shreveport and Ja'Kyren Pipes; two aunts, Lillie Mae Deleho and husband, Cleveland, and Jean Carter; one uncle, Robert McCraney, all of Ferriday. |
