Jean C. Graves
Jean C. Graves, 89, of Hugo, OK, formerly of Baton Rouge, died Saturday, January 24, 2009. She was born December 29, 1919, iin Monterey, the daughter of Jack and Ruth LaCroix Crane.
Jean had lived in Baton Rouge most of her life and worked for the State of Louisiana for 50 years.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Patty Graves of Grosse Tete; one daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Butch Needham of Oklahoma; one brother, Sam Crane of Texas; four sisters -- Ann Campbell, Betty Bairnsfather, Vera Mangiracina, all of Monterey, and Sue Crawford of Arkansas; two grandchildren -- Aaron Graves of Baton Rouge and Jill Twidwell of Colorado; three great-grandchilren and one grandson due in March, 2009.
A celebration of Jean's life was held Tuesday, January 27, 2009, 10 a.m. at Resthaven Garden of Memories. |
