Larry Wayne Harris Funeral services for Larry Wayne Harris, 55, of Jonesville were held Saturday, January 31, 2009, at United Pentecostal Church of Jonesville with the Rev. Greg Terrell officiating.
Burial followed at Heard Cemetery in Manifest under the direction of Comer Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Mr. Harris was born October 27, 1953, in Jonesville, the son of Robert Paul Harris Sr. and Ruby Lee Harris. He passed away Thursday, January 29, 2009, at his residence.
Mr. Harris had been a lifelong resident of Catahoula Parish and a member of the United Pentecostal Church in Jonesville.
He was preceded in death by his father and a son, James Barnett Harris.
Survivors include his mother, Ruby Harris of Jonesville; two sons, Christopher Harris of Jonesville and Chad Harris of Eunice; two brothers, Robert Paul Harris Jr. and Billy Ray Harris, both of Thibodeaux; a sister, Kathy Boothe of Harrisonburg; and eight grandchildren. |
