Huntington in FranklinTournament Huntington opens its season in the Franklin Academy Baseball Tournament today (Wednesday).
The Hounds face Claiborne Academy at 5 p.m.
Prairie View takes on Glenbrook at 3 p.m., while Franklin opens play against Riverdale.
Tensas faces Riverfield on Thursday.
Two games will be played Friday beginning at 5 p.m.
The tournament consolation game will be played Saturday at 4 p.m. with the championship game scheduled for 6 p.m.
Huntington went 0-3 in its preseason tournament last week, falling to Tensas 11-2 before losing out to Adams County Christian School 3-0.
Huntington had one hit against ACCS.
Caleb Gillespie and Jordan Wilson held the Rebels to two hits.
Huntington lost to Franklin Academy, 7-4 in its final game.
Franklin Academy finished the tournament with a 3-0 mark. |
