LSU doubles up wins Just when you thought you have seen every statistic possible here comes another one from LSU Sports Information that really had to take some digging.
LSU's SEC basketball championship this season has enabled the Tigers to become the first in Southeastern Conference history to pull a "triple-double" – winning double-figure conference titles in the sports of football, men's basketball and baseball.
I don't know about you, but those triple-double figures always confused the heck out of me.
I think I am finally getting the hang of it. New Orleans Hornets guard Chris Paul has helped a lot there. My goodness, the guy has 20 points, 15 assists and 10 or more rebounds, steals, programs sold or promos a game. |
