Dallalio wins Panola Masters

Keith Dallalio teamed up with Nick Watney to win the Panola Woods Masters Tournament with a 140 score Saturday in Ferriday.

Panola golfers shot a round of golf and their score was combined with the Saturday score of golfers in the Masters, whose names were drawn before rounds began.

Dallalio shot a 69, while Watney shot a 71 on Saturday.

Curtis Savoy Jr. (71) and Kenny Perry (70) teamed up for a 141.

Perry lost to Angel Cabrera in sudden death in the Masters.

Brian Hinson (74) and Larry Mize (72) teamed up a 146 to place third in the championship flight.

Pat Hinson (69) and Mike Weir (79) combined for a 148. That was Weir's worst score of the tournament. He shot a 68 the first day/

Ronnie Russell (76) and Aaron Baddely (73) finished at 149.

Larry Wagoner (72) and Miguel Angel Jimenez (78) shot a 150.

Shane Young (80) and Rory Sabbatini (70) finished at 153.

Taking top honors in the first flight were Jerry Johns (70) and Stephen Ames (71) at 141.

C.J. Swillie (71)and V.J. Singh (72) finished second at 143, along with Curtis Savoy (70) and Graeme McDowell (73) and Billy Risher and Camilo Villegas (71) with a 141.

Winning the second flight with 142s were Patrick Smith (72) and Lee Westwood (70) and Curtis Savoy (70) and Todd Hamilton (72).

Panola will host the Vidalia Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament Thursday.
