Wedding Depta, Tregre
 Casie Hart Depta and Thomas Tregre of LaPlace, were married March 28, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Depta with Judge John Hudson officiating.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Mike Depta and Mr. and Mrs. Armand Pierre Tregre.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Musica Divina LLC - Mrs. Merisha Gore and Mrs. Robin Rutherford - accompanied by Mrs. Becky Stephen, vocalist.
Dr. Brent Depta, brother of the bride, served as lector.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Mike Depta. She wore a satin dress which had a strapless bodice of embroidery surrounded by butterfly shirring which met the draped empire that cascaded around to the back. The dropped waistline flowed onto the a-line skirt with a chapel length train.
Serving as bridesmaids were Amy Little of Jackson, TN, Marcie Carlton of Jackson, MS, and Darrion Marie Tregre of Marksville.
The bridesmaids wore strapless black satin tea length dresses with an overlay of organza.
Groomsmen were Armand Pierre Tregre of Reserve, and Aaron Joseph Tregre of LaPlace.
Talor Reid Little, Labyrn Carroll Depta, and Parker Duran Depta, nephews of the bride, were program attendants.
Mabry Hart Depta greeted guests with a basket full of bubbles.
A reception was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Depta. Assisting at the reception were Mary Hart Whittington, Holly Myers, and Belinda Garrity.
After a trip to Gatlinburg, TN, the couple will reside in LaPlace. |
