Funeral services for Bryan Cullen Pecanty, 27, of Monterey were held at Young's Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at 11 a.m. with Bro. Kevin Sims and Bro. Lloyd Trisler officiating.
Burial followed at Morace Family Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Bryan was born June 25, 1981, in Natchez and passed away Saturday, May 16, 2009, at his residence in Monterey.
He was a resident of Monterey, a roughneck for Rowan Drilling and a member of Eva Church of God.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Carlton Pecanty; and maternal grandfather, Bryan Kent Campbell Sr..
Survivors include his wife, Becky Pecanty of Monterey; twin sons, Gavin and Matt Pecanty of Monterey; mother and father, Melissa and Carl Pecanty of Monterey; twin brother, Ryan Carlton Pecanty of Monterey; sister, Jordan Paige Pecanty of Monterey; paternal grandmother, Verdya Pecanty of Monterey; maternal grandmother, Marilyn Campbell of Monterey; mother and father-in-law, Susie and Chuck Metcalf of Monterey.
Pallbearers were Neil Bullock, Bryan Bullock, Greg Duncan, Kim Campbell, Keith Boone, Perry Pecanty, Daniel Terry and Lee McGuffee. |
