Karl Eugene Johnson
Funeral services for Karl Eugene Johnson, 43, of Ferriday were held at Young's Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 26, 2009, at 11 a.m. with Bro. Michael Cowan officiating.
Interment followed at Natchez City Cemetery in Natchez under the direction of Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Karl was born December 29, 1965, in Natchez and passed away Saturday, May 23, 2009, in Ferriday.
He was a resident of Ferriday and the owner and operator of JJs Boat Camp.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Robert and Ruth Cain; paternal grandparents, Nathan and Annie Bell Johnson.
Survivors include his father, Johnnie F. Johnson, Sr., of Ferriday; mother, Alice Knight and stepfather, John Knight, of Vicksburg, MS; two children -- Karly Renee and Hunter Eugene Johnson and their mother, Cathy Goodwin, of Ferriday; brother, Johnnie F. Johnson, Jr., and his wife, Sheri, of Vidalia; sisters -- Patricia Johnson Mulder and husband, Vernon, of Stockbridge, GA, and Johnanna Johnson of Hawaii; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Pallbearers were Leslie Givens, Mickey Jenkins, Stacy Ferrington, Kenny Johnson, Darrell Roberts and Jerry Franklin. |
