Engagement Loyd - Washington
 Mr. and Mrs. Bennie Loyd Sr. of Ferriday announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Sherrie Lynn Loyd, to Marcus Darnell Washington of Ferriday. He is the son of Lyndia Washington of Ferriday and Mr. James Banks of California.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Archie Dixon and the late Ms. Arbetta Sims.
She is a graduate of Ferriday High School and is employed by Circle K in Ferriday.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Ethel Washington and the late Mr. Sam Washington of Ferriday.
He is employed by Beard Construction in Baton Rouge.
The wedding will be held Saturday, June 27, 2009, at five o'clock in the evening at Old St. Reed Baptist Church in Levee Heights.
A reception will follow at the D. W. Howard building in Natchez.
Family and friends are invited. Invitations will be sent to out-of-town guests. |
