Flotilla slated July 4th
The Lake St John Flotilla 2009 is slated for Saturday, July 4th, at 4 p.m. to celebrate the "Blessing of the Fleet."
The pier judging will be at noon on July 4. This will be the 16th year of the "Blessing the Fleet."
Vidalia Mayor Hyram Copeland will be the Grand Marshal.
A Grand Marshal Toast will be held July 3 at 8 p.m. at The Dock.
Fireworks will take place July 4 at 9 p.m.
Registration will be held at Neely's Spokane on July 3 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and July 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Shirts are on sale at Afterglow, Clovin's Pharmacy, Tom Bell's Grocery, Neely's Spokane Resort, Lake Market, Tiki Hut and The Dock. |
