Deborah Elaine Harbor and Dexter Lomont Bethley of Ferriday will marry Saturday, July 18, 2009, at five o'clock in the evening at St. Marks Baptist Church, 900 E. H. Johnson Street in Jonesville.
A reception will follow at the Recreation Center on Airport Road in Jonesville.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mrs. Shelly Harbor Washington and stepfather Samule James Washington of Wildsville. The bride's father is Mr. Jerry Wayne Fisher and stepmother Linda Ronell Fisher of Forrest City, AR.
She is employed by Hunt Forest Products.
The bridegroom-elect is the son of Hattie Bethley of Ferriday and the late Charles Gilbert of Jonesville.
He is employed by Evergreen Industries.
