Engagement Loomis - Short
 Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Loomis of Ferriday announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Victoria Lynn Loomis, to Christopher Lynn Short of Ferriday. He is the son of Jerry Short of Vidalia and Janet Short of Ferriday.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. Mike and Mrs. Norma Jean Price and the late Mr. John and Mrs. Helen Loomis.
She is employed by Dunleith Plantation.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Muriel Johnston of Ferriday, the late Mr. Bill Johnston, the late Mr. Coy Short, and the late Mrs. Mary Ann Short of Ferriday.
He is a graduate of Vidalia High School and is employed by Energy Drilling Co.
The wedding will take place September 19, 2009, at six o'clock in the evening at Louisiana Langniappe of Lake St. John. A reception will follow.
Family and friends are invited to attend. |
