Wedding Pearson - Quimby
Natalie Ater Pearson and Charles Bryan Quimby of Clayton were united in marriage Saturday, July 18, 2009, four o'clock in the afternoon at the home of Nola and Tim Adams on Lake St. John. Clyde Ray Webber, Jr., officiated the ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Nola and Tim Adams of Ferriday and Don Ater of Ferriday. The groom is the son of Charlie and Judy Quimby of Ferriday.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Don Ater and Mr. Elwain Smith. She wore a white cotton halter dress by Victoria Secret. For her bouquet, she carried Casablanca lilies surrounded by freesia and purple larkspur.
Emily Pearson, daughter of the bride, attended her mother as maid of honor. She wore a halter maxi dress in an off-white shade.
Bridesmaids were Emily Pearson, daughter of the bride, Audra Magee of Ferriday, and Sharon Sharp of Natchez, both sisters of the bride.
Casey Quimby, brother of the groom, of Clayton served as best man.
A reception followed at the lake home.
Assisting at the reception were Glenda Lewis, Julie McIntosh, Yvette Delaune, Nick Pastor, Mel Shadnaigle, Sharon Sharp and James (Fritz) Jackson.
The couple will make their home on the Tensas River in Clayton.
The bride is director of nursing at Intensive Home Health. The groom serves in the Louisiana National Guard, 1087th Transportation Company/Readiness NCO, SFC. |
