Funeral services for Iva Lee Herrington Nations, 77, of Ferriday were held Sunday, September 13, 2009, 2 p.m. at Comer Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Sharp Jr. officiating.

A graveside service was held at 5 p.m. at Wellman Cemetery in Enterprise, MS, under the direction of Comer Funeral home.

Mrs. Nations was born May 23, 1932, in Lincoln County, MS, and passed away Friday, September 11, 2009, in Natchez.

Mrs. Nations had been a resident of Concordia Parish for 55 years and a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Warren "Bozo" Nations; two sons, Charles Ray "Charlie" Nations and infant Mark Nations.

Survivors include three sons, Clark Nations and wife, Linda, of Clayton, Joe Nations and wife, Penny, of Ferriday, and Sam Nations and wife, Jean, of Rusk, TX; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Marty Hammett, Clay Nations, Craig Nations, Ryan Nations, Casey Nations, Max Green, Cody Nations and Chris Sanders.
