Engagement Otwell - Crouch
 Gloria and Jeffrey D. Otwell of Ruston announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Tabatha Hinson-Otwell to Randall D. Crouch of Monterey. He is the son of Pamela Brazzel Crouch of Jonesville and Richard Vince Crouch of Monterey.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Shirley and Marion Smith of Jonesville and Edna and Paul Otwell of Ruston.
She is a graduate of West Ouachita High School.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Diane and David Fancher of Monterey.
He is a graduate of Monterey High School and is employed by Rowan Drilling Company.
The wedding will take place October 10, 2009, at five o'clock in the afternoon at First Baptist Church of Jonesville.
A reception will follow in Lismore.
