Huntington hosts CENLA

Huntington School returns home looking to snap a five-game losing streak as the Hounds host CENLA at 7 p.m.

"We need to have some success early and keep it going," said Huntington coach Chad Harkins. "We're still looking to improve each week, but still have a lot to learn."

After dismissing four players from the team earlier, Huntington is down to two seniors and three juniors.

"We've got a lot of inexperienced people playing, but they are learning week to week," Harkins said.

Huntington fell to Glenbrook 53-6 last week.

"It was just one of those games where nothing went right," Harkins said. "

CENLA fell to Silliman 47-6 last week.

Huntington defeated CENLA 51-8 last year.

"No game is an easy one for us," Harkins said. "We have to come out focused and ready to play."
