Engagement Chandler - Blackard
 Mr. and Mrs. Robert A. Frye of Natchez and Mr. James Thomas Chandler of Vidalia announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Deane Chandler, to William Clay Blackard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Kent Blackard of Bastrop.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Adams County Christian School in Natchez and attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She is employed by Haverhill Home Staging Services, Inc. as certified home stager.
She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Rayford Allred of Vidalia and Mr. and Mrs. James R. Chandler of Vidalia.
The groom is a graduate of Prairie View Academy in Bastrop and will receive his bachelor of business administration degree in aviation in December, 2009 from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He is employed by Sears in Monroe.
Will is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Tipton Blackard of Bastrop and Mrs. Wayne Bankston and the late Mr. Bankston of Bastrop.
The wedding will be held at two o'clock in the afternoon, Saturday, November 14, 2009, at The Briars in Natchez.
A reception will follow at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Frye in Natchez. |
