Engagement Gill - Smith
Mr. and Mrs. Mark M. Miller of Vidalia and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond A. Gill of Natchez announce the engagement of their daughter, Kacie Lynette Gill to Jared Earl Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Smith of Franklinton.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Adams County Christian School in Natchez and Alcorn State University in Natchez with a bachelor of science degree in nursing.
She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Prentiss Graves and the late Mrs. Estelle Gamberi Gill, all of Natchez.
The groom-to-be is a graduate of Franklinton High School in Franklinton and is also a graduate of Alcorn State University in Natchez with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. He is employed by North Oaks Health in Hammond and is pursuing a master's degree at Alcorn State University.
He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Earl Barber of Franklinton and the late Mr. and Mrs. Percy Smith of Tylertown.
The wedding will be Saturday, November 21, 2009, six o'clock in the evening at First Baptist Church in Natchez.
A reception will follow at Natchez Community Center.
