Funeral services for Mr. Percy Case, 81, of Jonesville were held Tuesday, November 17, 2009, 10 a.m. at Young's Funeral Home with Bro. Preston Holder officiating.

Interment followed at Hope Memorial Cemetery in Crosby, MS, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Mr. Case was born October 14, 1928, in Brookhaven, MS, and passed away Saturday, November 14, 2009, at his residence in Jonesville.

Mr. Percy served his country in the United States Navy and Air Force during World War II.

He was preceded in death by his father, Louie Case; mother, Rosie Allen Case; wife, Elna McCurley Case; brother, Thomas Edward Case; sisters, Janie Pearl Moss and Gladys Holloway.

Survivors include his wife, Helen Gallegos Case of Jonesville; daughter, Glenda Renfrow and husband, Sam, of Jonesville; sons, Kenneth Case and wife, Lynn, of Vidalia, and Willis Case of Jonesville; and a brother, L. C. Case of Pineville. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Jamie Renfrow, Willis Case Jr., Preston Case, Ty Case, Elton Jolly and Kenny Mack Case.

Honorary pallbearers were Herbert Wilson, Freddie Case, Norman Almond and R. T. Stockman.
