Donna Alexander Money
Funeral services for Donna Alexander Money, 56, of Cash Bayou, will be at 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, November 25, 2009, at Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday with the Rev. Brent Bemont and Nicholas Adams officiating.
Burial will follow at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Mrs. Money was born February 21, 1953, in Wisner, the daughter of J.R. and Anita Alexander. She passed away Monday, November 23, 2009, in Alexandria.
She was employed by the Catahoula Parish School Board for 22 years as an elementary supervisor. She was a charter member of the Faith Baptist Church in Foules.
Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Donald Money; one son, Jason Money and wife, Brandi, and their children, Ashton and Brooklyn, all of Morgan City; one daughter, Casie Adams and husband, Nicholas, and their children, Caelyn, Conner and Carly, all of Plain Dealing; her parents of Cash Bayou; three sisters, Wanda Faye Ford and Penny Sue Torrey, both of Shreveport, and Tracy Johnette Hagar and husband, Steven, of Haughton; and one brother, Johnny Alexander Jr., of Shreveport.
Pallbearers will be Benjamin Money, Jamie Ferrington, D.J. Torrey, Todd Ford, Brad Ford, Kevin Poole, Jimmy Poole and John Money III.
Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Money, Rick Gillespie, Shannon Gillespie and Michael Hedrick. |
