Ina Kendrick Chapman
Funeral services for Ina Kendrick Chapman, 83, of Ferriday were held Saturday, December 19, 2009, 1 p.m. at Comer Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Clyde Ray Webber officiating.
Burial followed at South Central Cemetery in Wisner under the direction of Comer Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Mrs. Chapman was born April 16, 1926, in Wisner, the daughter of Mayo and Edggie Kendrick. She passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2009, in Alexandria.
She was a resident of Ferriday for more than 60 years and was a member of First Baptist Church in Ferriday. She was a former member of the Ferriday Women's Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, LaWynn Chapman Free; one brother; and one sister.
Survivors include her husband, Albert E. Chapman; one son, Gary Chapman of Ferriday; five grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. |
