Campbell says utilities should avoid cutoffs during frigid weather With daytime temperatures in much of Louisiana predicted to dip below freezing this week, Public Service Commissioner Foster Campbell said today he is reminding electric and gas utilities to avoid cutting off residential customers when temperatures reach 32 degrees or colder.
