A Concordia Parish Sheriff's deputy was cited for running a stop sign Thursday in Franklin Parish, causing a three-vehicle accident.

Seven people were taken to Franklin Medical Center when Orville Mohon, who was driving a CPSO prisoner transport vehicle, crashed into a 2008 Ford F-350 carrying a couple and their four year-old daughter, according to Louisiana State Police.
