Joey Bazile has purchased the former Imogene's Restaurant building near Ferriday High and is remodeling the building into what will be called Northside Plaza.

Bazile said he has two tenants who will set up offices in the building and another possible tenant looking at moving a restaurant into the south side of the building with seating capacity of 20 to 25.
