Ferriday's water consumption is still unknown because of broken meters, CPA Myles Hopkins told Town of Ferriday Board of Aldermen durings its regular meeting Tuesday night.

"It's the same as it's been the last three or four years," Hopkins said. "Because of broken meters, we're not able to determine the correct amount of water consumption for the year and the related water and sewer billings that should have been made in the business-type activities and the water and sewer funds."
