Mrs. McWilliams was born in Prescott, Ariz., in 1930, her parents were the late Marion and Rosalie Cross. Mrs. McWilliams met and married the love of her life, Henry "Skeets" McWilliams a Jazz musician in 1993. Her marriage to Skeets kept them traveling and entertaining. Mrs. Ruth loved meeting new people, she was an outgoing person with a loving and gracious heart, they were the perfect team. Her children said their mother was so beautiful and radiant when she walked in a room she just lit it up. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.
