Concrete poured for water tank
The concrete for the platform at the Ferriday water plant has been poured and in about two weeks the new water tank should be put in place.
"The tank is here, it just has to be assembled," said Ferriday Mayor Glen McGlothin. "It takes about seven days for the concrete to be cured. We'll soon be ready to go."
