Vidalia, USDA to discuss municipal complex financing

Mayor Hyram Copeland and city officials will meet with USDA on Tuesday, February 23, to discuss Vidalia's loan/grant application to construct a $5.2 million municipal complex.

Copeland said this week he hopes the bid process can begin by summer once the financing issues have been resolved.
