Wedding Cox, Skipper Eric Skipper and Erin Cox of Vidalia, were married Sunday, January 31, 2010, at the Vidalia Recreation Center in Vidalia with Jerry Stallings officiating.
Parents of the couple are Bobby Roy and Linda Lilly Skipper of Newellton and the late Opal Dale Skipper of Waterproof, Mike and Mitzi Reeves of Union Church, Richard and Joyce Cupit of Vidalia. Children of the couple are Morgan, Bailey, Kellan and Mason Skipper and Zac, Tony, Skylar and Jake Cox.
The bride was given in marriage by her sons. She wore an ivory, strapless, sequined gown and carried a bouquet of white lilies and red roses.
The couple spoke their vows with their children standing at their side. The bride's children wore khaki pants and red shirts with white lily boutonnieres. The groom's children wore khaki pants and white shirts with red rose boutonnieres.
A reception was held at the recreation center following the ceremony. Assisting at the reception were Esteen Cupit, Bernadette Cupit and Linda Shirley. |
