Sandy Lee Kemp
Funeral services for Mr. Sandy Lee Kemp, 53, of Monterey were held at Young's Funeral Home, Ferriday, on Monday, March 1, 2010 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Rod Reynolds and Rev. Curtis Lambrite officiating.
Mr. Kemp was born June 24, 1956, in Ferriday and passed away Friday, February 26, 2010, in Monterey.
He was a resident of Monterey, and a member of the Baptist Faith. He was an avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Wilfred Kemp.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Rae Kemp of Monterey; son, Sandon Kemp and wife Nanci of Vidalia; son, Roy Kemp and wife Courtney of Jonesville; daughter, Jacquelyn Duncan and husband Scott of Salem, Miss.; daughter, Micalet Kemp of Monterey; mother, Carloyn Kemp of Monterey; brother, Ronald Kemp and wife Bernice of Birmingham, Ala.; brother, Timothy Kemp and wife Jane of Monterey; sister, Gayle Dixon and husband Grover of Houston, Texas; sister, Kathryn Waldroff and husband Larry of Florida; and nine grandchildren. |
