Census forms to arrive March 15-17 How many people live in Concordia Parish and throughout America?
The U.S. Census Bureau will begin counting in two weeks when census forms arrive in the mail between March 15-17 in 130 million American homes.
Census Bureau officials Renee McMillion Clark of the Dallas regional office and Nefertitti Rhodes of Monroe visited Concordia on Monday to urge that residents take advantage of filling out the simple census forms that soon will be delivered by the postal service.
"It takes 10 minutes to answer 10 questions," said Clark. "The answers will affect the nation for the next 10 years. The form has been simplified although we do seek to collect as much data as possible."
